NAI Partners\u2019 Dan Boyles and Liz Westcott-Brown represented GHCF, while Stream Realty Partners Vice President Richard Barbles represented landlord 515 Post Oak Owner LP in the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Part of the Briar Hollow submarket, 515 Post Oak Blvd. is a LEED-certified 273,710-square-foot high-rise built in 1980. Spread across a 3.2-acre site, this Class A building was renovated in 2013. The property also features a first-floor retail space totaling 2,000 square feet. According to Yardi Matrix, the asset\u2019s vacancy rate was approximately 17 percent at the time of the deal.<\/p>\n<p>Common area amenities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>controlled access<\/li>\n<li>multi-level parking structure with 815 spaces (covered parking is also available)<\/li>\n<li>six elevators<\/li>\n<li>free Wi-Fi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The property offers easy access to Interstate 610 and West Loop South.
