The 25-year old Beverly Hills-based firm focuses on under-valued multifamily and commercial properties in select submarkets. Since its inception, StarPoint has acquired more than 10 million square feet of commercial and residential properties with an aggregate value of more than $1 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining StarPoint, Lonnie Vidaurri worked for Ladder Capital, where he led the real estate investment trust\u2019s western region. He also held similar positions with Onewest Bank, Barclays and Lehman Brothers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, StarPoint Properties sold two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/tempe-retail-buildings-provide-urban-infill-opportunity-to-new-owner\/\">retail properties in downtown Tempe<\/a>, Ariz.
