The capital improvement\u00a0project added a full-service spa, specialty fitness and training services, and an Azabu Japanese restaurant. Additionally, the property received a resort designation by Marriott International.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 161 Ocean Drive, in Miami Beach\u2019s South of Fifth district, the property was constructed in 2000. Key International completed the first phase of the repurposing and expansion project in January 2017, with the addition of Lolo\u2019s Surf Cantina, a Mexican beachside eatery.<\/p>\n<h2>Specialized services<\/h2>\n<p>The second phase of the redevelopment added the 1,500-square-foot Stanton Spa, which includes three new treatment rooms.
