(BGL)\u2014has sold an 87,843-square-foot medical office building in Saginaw, Mich.<\/p>\n<p>A subsidiary of Ascension Health, St. Mary\u2019s of Michigan Medical Office Building is located roughly one-quarter mile from affiliated St. Mary\u2019s of Michigan Medical Center. St. Mary\u2019s is also a teaching affiliate of the\u00a0Michigan State University\u00a0College of Human Medicine, as well as\u00a0Central Michigan University. In partnership with Michigan Cardiovascular Institute, St. Mary\u2019s occupies approximately 94 percent of the building with a primary focus on cardiovascular care.<\/p>\n<p>BGLREP\u2019s National Healthcare Real Estate Group served as the exclusive advisor to the seller in the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Back in August 2017,\u00a0BGL opened an office in San Diego, representing the company\u2019s fifth\u00a0location\u00a0after Chicago, Cleveland, San Antonio and Philadelphia.
