The company invested $3 million in renovations at the adjacent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/atlantas-one-glenlake-reaches-full-occupancy\/\">One Glenlake<\/a> building, which included upgrades to the lobby and shared outdoor common areas, as well as the addition of an onsite caf\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Soon to be the company&#8217;s new headquarters, the property is currently 100 percent leased to Newell Brands until March 2020. However, Newell has agreed to give back the 161,000 square feet of space, roughly 45 percent of the building, in January 2019.
