The property is fully occupied by the seller.<\/p>\n<p>The 1972-built facility sits on 16 acres at 27 Distribution Way and features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>rail service<\/li>\n<li>28 loading positions<\/li>\n<li>220-foot truck court<\/li>\n<li>52 trailer parking spots<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Routes 130 and 1, as well as Interstate 95, offer access throughout the entire area, as well as to the ports of New York and New Jersey.<\/p>\n<p>Marcus and Millichap\u2019s Ben Sgambati and Elsa Loverde represented the seller in the transaction.
