CooperQuincy LLC purchased the retail asset from Riverbend Development for $6.7 million, as part of a larger 1031 exchange.<\/p>\n<p>The property is located on a roughly 1.7-acre parcel at 2040 Abbey Road,\u00a0 between Martha Jefferson Hospital and Rivanna Ridge Shopping Center. Situated adjacent to Virginia Route 250, Pantops Plaza is exposed to approximately 44,000 vehicles daily. The\u00a0asset is 100 percent leased to five long-term tenants, including Starbucks and Chipotle.<\/p>\n<p>Cushman &amp; Wakefield | Thalhimer Capital Markets Group\u2019s team representing the seller included First Vice President Catharine Spangler from the Richmond office and Senior Vice President Ed Kimple of Thalhimer\u2019s Virginia Beach office.
