The property currently houses offices for Cimpress and its brand Vistaprint.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0building is located at 275 Wyman St., in the Piety Corner Historic District, 12 miles west of Boston. Situated in Hobbs Brook Park, the site provides easy access to Yankee Division Highway (Interstate 95) and Interstate 90.<\/p>\n<p>Avison Young Principal Keith Gurtler represented Digital Guardian\u00a0in\u00a0securing\u00a0a\u00a044,000-square-foot sublease. Represented by Executive Vice President Jim Abarta and Senior Vice President Bill Lynch of Colliers International, ServiceNow\u00a0agreed to occupy 33,000 square feet at the property. Vice Chairman Brian Hines, Managing Director Michael O\u2019Leary and Associate Kevin McNamara of Cushman &amp; Wakefield\u00a0worked on behalf of sublessor Cimpress in both deals.<\/p>\n<h2>Collaborative space<\/h2>\n<p>Completed in 2015, the five-story\u00a0asset comprises 300,000 square feet of office space. Owner Hobbs Brook Management selected Margulies Perruzzi Architects\u00a0to oversee the design of the project and retained Commodore Builders as contractors. In addition to collaborative space, the property also features a library that provides tenants with a silent workspace.
