The parent company for gold industry brands has been a tenant at 2819 Loker Ave. East since 1999 and has been the sole tenant since 2004.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hines acquired the building in 2014 through a fund that it manages. As part of the lease agreement, the company will build out a 5,000-square-foot mezzanine to expand the current square footage to 166,000. The property offers close access to the main parkway, the 5 Freeway and Palomar Airport Road.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Roger Carlson and Lannie Allee of CBRE represented Acushnet in the lease renewal, while Aric Starck of Cushman &amp; Wakefield represented Hines.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Last week,\u00a0McKesson Corp. has signed a full-building lease for 125,000 square feet at Hines\u2019 105-acre Southside Quarter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/mckesson-signs-for-north-fl-office-building\/\">development in Jacksonville<\/a>, Fla.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>Image courtesy of Hines\u00a0<\/em> \u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Acushnet Co., a parent company for golf industry brands, signed another 10-year lease at the industrial building in Carlsbad, Calif.
