According to Yardi Matrix data, Sentinel Real Estate purchased the asset for $19.1 million. The buyer selected Ryan Cos. to handle management responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>The three-story LEED Gold-certified property built in 2007 is located on roughly 9.3 acres at 8990 W. Glendale Ave. and offers more than 700 parking spaces, as well as access to multiple public transportation options. Arizona State Route 101 is two miles away, while plenty of restaurants and hotels are within walking distance, including Olive Garden, McFadden\u2019s Restaurant and Holiday Inn Express &amp; Suites.<\/p>\n<p>Barry Gabel and Chris Marchildon with CBRE\u2019s Phoenix office and Tim Richey and Mike Winn with CBRE\u2019s Denver branch represented the seller in the transaction.
