The subtenant will relocate from the nearby 498 Seventh Ave., with plans to occupy floors 17 through 20.<\/p>\n<p>The Class A property\u00a0was designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop and FXFOWLE Architects, while Gensler delivered the interior design. Built in 2007, the 52-story asset totals 1.5 million square feet and features a lobby with an internal garden, as well as cafeteria, coffee lounge and conference center.
