Along with 24-foot clear heights, the property also features four overhead doors and one drive-in ramp.<\/p>\n<p>NAI Partners Vice President Darren O\u2019Conor and Partner &amp; Industrial Division Leader John Ferruzzo represented the sublessee, MOC Central LLC. Nathan Wynne, senior associate with Cushman &amp; Wakefield\u2019s industrial services group, represented the sublessor during the negotiations.<\/p>\n<p>Situated near the Energy Corridor, the property offers easy access to Sam Houston Tollway and Clay Road.
