The\u00a0hotel\u00a0is the first Boston-area project for lead developer and property manager Concord.<\/p>\n<p>Last December, Colliers arranged the $53 million <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/ma-hilton-hotel-lands-53m-financing\/\">joint venture equity financing<\/a> for the construction of the\u00a0hotel, to be located at 369 Washington St. The Homewood Suites will include 103 fully equipped suites with separate kitchens, as well as living and sleeping areas for long-term guests, while Hampton Inn will provide 132 rooms. Shared amenities will\u00a0feature an indoor pool, exercise room and 602 square feet of meeting space.<\/p>\n<p>The project is part of the $55 million, 11-acre Woburn Landing development, which includes the construction of new restaurants and businesses. Red Robin is already operating at the site, and the hotel is slated for completion in late 2019.
