NKF Capital Markets&#8217; Boston team facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;(The property) enjoys an exceptional location within the Route 128 North market,&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0said NKF Executive Managing Director Torin Taylor, in prepared remarks.\u00a0<em>&#8220;The property is directly surrounded by a major corporate hub highlighted by American Tower, MediaTek, Randstad and Raytheon.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Strategic location<\/h2>\n<p>The property comprises 104,000 square feet and is\u00a0located on the northern outskirts of Boston, directly off Interstate 93 and 2.3 miles from Interstate 95. Anderson Regional Transportation Center, providing train and bus service to downtown Boston, is a three-minute drive from the site.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Retail options\u00a0are within easy reach, with Woburn Mall being less than two miles away.
