United, a global manufacturer of consumer goods, will be relocating from its current 100,000-square-foot facility in Cerritos, Calif., to occupy 200,845 square feet at the new development.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Located at 1552 North Adler Ave., the facility features 32-foot minimum warehouse clearance, 24 dock high loading doors and a 185-foot secured truck court. Other major tenants include Amazon, LG Corp., Lifetime Brands, Apple, Target and Niagara Water.
