Tempo Automation has signed a 42,000-square-foot industrial lease for a building near downtown San Francisco. A Starboard Commercial Real Estate team led by Sean Ford and Trevor Griffith facilitated the lease between the tenant and the owner, Byer California Inc., a clothing manufacturer who occupies part of the structure. Tempo, an electronics manufacturer, will establish its new headquarters in the space.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Located at 2450 and 2460 Alameda St., the building is situated at the intersection of U.S. Highway 101 and Interstate 80. Bus stops located at either end of the block connect the property with the wider San Francisco area. The building, constructed in 2010, features eight loading doors, a secured parking area, two 15,000-square-foot floors with high ceilings and 5,000 square feet of mezzanine space.<\/p>\n

“This space and the location is a perfect fit for the new tenant in what is quickly becoming the high-tech manufacturing hub in the heart of San Francisco,” <\/em>said Ford, sales and\u00a0leasing specialist for Starboard, in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n

One mile to the southeast, a 50,000-square-foot office and industrial asset<\/a> changed hands in October last year.<\/p>\n
