This lease marks the third building in the park Uline occupies. CenterPoint broke ground on the speculative development last summer, and construction finished late last year.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 11559 80th Ave., the building sits three miles east of Uline\u2019s corporate headquarters along Interstate 94. A number of large tenants operate within the industrial park, including Target, PepsiCo, Yamaha Motors and Meijer.
