Southeast has landed the exclusive leasing and management assignment for Great Oaks Center, a three-building office park totaling 158,000 square feet in Alpharetta, Ga. The property was recently acquired by Brightman-Gil, a privately-owned real estate investment management firm.<\/p>\n<h2>Renovations underway<\/h2>\n<p>Located at 11540 Great Oaks Way in Atlanta\u2019s North Fulton submarket, the single-story buildings were completed in 1999. The new owner has commenced a series of upgrades, including the creation of an outdoor amenity area, as well as a fitness center with showers and lockers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/lincoln-negotiates-leases-at-atlantas-live-oak-square\/\">The Lincoln Property team of Senior Vice Presidents <\/a>Michael Howell and Hunter Henritze, alongside Senior Leasing Associate Caroline Cole, will spearhead leasing efforts at Great Oaks Center. Lincoln Property recently arranged a 10,977-square-foot lease on behalf of the landlord with Jacada at Great Oaks Center. Managing Director Eric Ramer of ICON Commercial represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis building is situated near excellent amenities, including the nationally recognized mixed-use development Avalon, offering tenants endless shopping and dining options less than a mile from the project,\u201d<\/em> Howell said in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n<p>Great Oaks Center is within walking distance of the Alpharetta Greenway and provides access to Georgia State Route 400.
