Additionally, Battist will also take part in the development and execution of long-term growth strategy and profit goals.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Avison Young, Battist, who has more than 25 years of financial management experience, served as CFO of Silver Bay Realty Trust, designing the firm\u2019s finance department. Previously, she was the CFO of Two Harbors Investment Corp.
