The tenant will occupy the entire 13th and 14th floors of 315 Park Ave., starting in May, relocating from its current location at 155 Fifth Ave.<\/p>\n<p>The owner has invested capital and\u00a0upgraded amenities to position\u00a0the 334,000-square-foot, 20-floor asset as best-in-class in the submarket, including a reimagined entrance, brand new lobby, new retail fa\u00e7ade and Columbia Concierge, an exclusive onsite concierge service.<\/p>\n<h2>Intense leasing activity<\/h2>\n<p>Following PitchBook\u2019s lease, the property is now 84 percent occupied by Oracle, Winton Capital Management,\u00a0which signed a 34,844-square-foot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/columbia-lands-new-tenant-on-park-avenue\/\">office lease<\/a>\u00a0in 2016, and Equinox.\u00a0The landlord has signed leases totaling 85,250 square feet over the past four months, including\u00a0a 34,100-square-foot lease with Gemini Trust last October and a 51,150-square-foot lease expansion with BDG Media last September.<\/p>\n<p>L&amp;L Holding Co.\u2019s \u00a0David Berkey and Andrew Wiener are handling the leasing for the property.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>The epicenter of the U.S. financial industry, New York is a key market for PitchBook to continue building and expanding our presence,<\/em>\u201d PitchBook Founder &amp; CEO John Gabbert said in a prepared statement. \u201c<em>In 2017, PitchBook&#8217;s global headcount grew by 20 percent and nearly 50 percent in the New York office, which served as a forcing function to expand our office spaces globally.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Image courtesy of Columbia Property Trust<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PitchBook will occupy two floors in Columbia Property Trust&#8217;s 20-story office building, bringing the asset&#8217;s occupancy level to 84 percent. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":241,"featured_media":1004203621,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[21784,1600,21742,10,21747],"tags":[33221,35294,38863],"class_list":["post-1004203618","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-brokerage","category-new-york","category-latest","category-northeast","category-office","tag-columbia-property-trust-inc","tag-ll-holding-company","tag-oracle"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v28.0 (Yoast SEO v28.0) -
