A team comprising Principals Greg Tomasso and Eli Barnes and Associate Lauryn Harris will start marketing the 130,000-square-foot building after the only tenant\u2019s relocation.<\/p>\n<p>The nine-story asset sits at 500 First St. NW. It earned LEED Gold and an ENERGY STAR label multiple times for its operating efficiency. Additionally, the owner plans to upgrade the lobby and add a series of new amenities, including a fitness center, an on-site conference facility and a new bicycle storage room. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Neighborhood amenities include landmarks such as the U.S. Capitol, Senate and Supreme Court buildings, the D.C. Fire and EMS Museum, Georgetown University, as well as hotels and eateries.
