The 500,000-square-foot\u00a0high-rise is part of the 916,000-square-foot mixed-use Park District project scheduled for completion in the second quarter.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The office development, located at 2101 N. Pearl St., will feature about 7,000 square feet of ground-level retail space, four levels of underground parking, a fitness center, collaborative workspaces and restaurants. A\u00a0plaza designed by the Office of James Burnett will connect the tower to a 34-story residential building housing 228\u00a0luxury units. Trammell Crow Co. teamed up with MetLife to develop PwC Tower at Park District, while High Street Residential, a subsidiary of TCC, is\u00a0the contractor.<\/p>\n<p>CBRE\u2019s Dennis Barnes, Clay Gilbert and Shannon Brown negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord. CBRE\u2019s Phil Puckett, Harlan Davis, Neal Puckett and Nancy Pacher represented the tenant.
