The asset, which has been the home of the law firm for 24 years, is occupied by CBS, Orrick Herrington &amp; Sutcliffe and Charles Schwab.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 51 West 52nd St., the 817,095-square-foot office tower spreads across 38 floors. According to Yardi Matrix, it also includes 16,500 square feet of retail. Amenities include a marble lobby, 24-hour concierge, freight and dock elevators, and a cafeteria, as well as mail, printing, locksmith, carpentry and porter services. Additionally, the building has an 8,000-square-foot green roof and is LEED Silver-certified.<\/p>\n<p>The asset is situated in close proximity to Rockefeller Center, retailers, restaurants, banks, hotels and entertainment options. Multiple bus stations and subway stations provide easy access to and from the city\u2019s main points.<\/p>\n<h2>Landmark status<\/h2>\n<p>The building, completed in 1964, was the first New York City skyscraper with a reinforced frame. It was planned by CBS\u2019s then-president\u00a0Frank Stanton and Finnish-American architect Eero Saarinen, known for designing the 20th-century architecture masterpiece\u00a0Trans World Flight Center in Queens, the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and the Washington Dulles International Airport outside of Washington, D.C.
