With the new lease, the 129,000-square-foot property is 93 percent leased. GrubHub has branches in Chicago, New York and London and employs more than 1,500 people.<\/p>\n<p>San Tan Tech Center, located at 145 S. 79th St., was completed in 1981 and underwent renovations in 2010. Tenants include Arvato Digital Services, Health Tell and Amkor. The single-story office building is situated 1 mile from Loop 202 Freeway and 4.5 miles from Interstate 10. The property offers convenient access to multiple restaurants, shopping centers and hotels, including Espo\u2019s Mexican Food, Chandler Fashion Center and Hyatt Place. ViaWest acquired San Tan Tech Center in 2013 from Capital Commercial Investments.<\/p>\n<p>JLL\u2019s Ryan Bartos and Kyle Westfall negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. JLL\u2019s Mark Gustin, Dave Seeger and Karsten Peterson,\u00a0worked on behalf of\u00a0the landlord.
