We hope to double or even triple in size by 2020,\u201d<\/em> Chauvet added.<\/p>\n<p>SekureID\u2019s new space houses offices for sales, marketing, account management and technical support as well as industrial suites for warehousing, engineering, logistics and distribution. The company has also employed 65 individuals at the Park and plans to hire additional staff. <em>\u201cWe aim to promote and employ professionals within the community, which has brought us so much success,\u201d<\/em> Chauvet concluded.<\/p>\n<p>Bell and Lauren Pace of Sunbeam Properties &amp; Development represented the Park in the deal.<\/p>\n<h2>Hot Location<\/h2>\n<p><em>\u201cLocation definitely played a major role in SekureID\u2019s decision to lease at the Park,\u201d<\/em> said Vice President Maridee Bell of Sunbeam Properties &amp; developer of the Miramar Park of Commerce, in a prepared statement. <em>\u201cSekureID needed a centralized and versatile space to accommodate both the commercial and manufacturing aspects of its business. With this third expansion, the company has benefited\u00a0from our ability to adjust to changing space requirements as well as from the Park\u2019s accessibility to major roadways.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The company also operates a complete biometric security software and hardware development and distribution facility.
