The company worked on behalf of the borrower, Lionstone Investments and Crescent Real Estate LLC, to secure the\u00a0financing\u00a0through PCCP LLC. According to <em>BusinessDen, <\/em>the total project cost\u00a0is estimated at $60 million, and the development is slated to be completed by the end of 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 2373 15<sup>th<\/sup> St., close to Interstate 25, the property will include 136,000 square feet of office space, 16,000 square feet of ground floor retail, a 38-stall surface level parking garage and a 198-stall subterranean parking garage. Platte Fifteen will be situated a few minutes from downtown\u2019s Union Station, Central Platte Valley, LoDo, Pepsi Center and Coors Field.<\/p>\n<p>The five-story Class A property will offer floor plates ranging in size from 32,000 to 35,000 square feet. Common area amenities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>outdoor patios<\/li>\n<li>secured lobby<\/li>\n<li>bike storage<\/li>\n<li>in-house fitness<\/li>\n<li>shower rooms<\/li>\n<li>underground parking<\/li>\n<li>commuter locker room<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OZ Architecture&#8217;s Kelly Davis and Amanda Johnson designed the building. HFF Managing Director Colby Mueck, Senior Director Jim Curtin and Director Leon McBroom were part of the debt placement team that represented the borrower.
