Terminus 100 is located at 3280 Peachtree Road NE, at the corner of Peachtree and Piedmont. The building was completed in 2007 and is LEED Gold certified. On-site amenities include restaurants, banking, caf\u00e9 and a car wash. The location provides access to public transportation, with the MARTA Buckhead station just two blocks away.<\/p>\n<h2>Stabilized asset<\/h2>\n<p>According to Yardi Matrix, the property was subject to a $140 million mortgage loan in 2013. The long-term loan was originated by Northwestern Mutual and is scheduled to mature in January 2023.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We are thrilled to announce WeWork has chosen Terminus as its next location in Atlanta,&#8221;<\/em> said Larry Gellerstedt, chairman &amp; CEO of Cousins Properties, in prepared remarks<em>. &#8220;WeWork is an enterprising global company at the forefront of creating innovative and collaborative office environments.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Late last year, WeWork signed an 86,000-square-foot lease at Hines&#8217; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/wework-signs-86-ksf-for-1st-munich-location\/\">OSKAR building in Munich<\/a>.&nbsp;This location marks WeWork\u2019s first coworking location in Munich.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Image courtesy of Yardi Matrix<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cousins Properties inked a new long-term lease with the office sharing company at Terminus 100.
