This marks the third\u00a0collaboration between Choice Hotels and Stratus for the opening of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cambria-hotels-expands-to-napa-ca\/\">Cambria hotel<\/a>, following partnerships in Sonoma County and Napa, Calif. The newest hotel is scheduled to open in 2020.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Located at 170 E. Washington St., the eight-story, 153-key Cambria Hotel Orlando will offer guests amenities such as a resort pool, 4,500 square feet of multi-functional meeting space, a patio lounge area, onsite dining and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The property will be in close proximity to the Lynx Central Station, University of Central Florida, Walt Disney World, Amway Center, Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium and the Bob Carr Performing Arts Center.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The Cambria Hotel Orlando will cater to the modern traveler, with its upscale amenities and prime location.
