JLL teams represented both parties in the lease negotiations.<\/p>\n<p>The five-story Lincoln Legacy Two, located at 5810 Tennyson Parkway, is currently 71 percent occupied. It\u00a0includes 132,000 square feet of rentable office space, with floor plates\u00a0as large as 27,404 square feet.\u00a0Leases range from\u00a02,561 square feet of divisible space to 13,946 square feet of contiguous space.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Busy neighborhood<\/h2>\n<p>The property is situated near multiple restaurants and caf\u00e9s, along Parkwood Boulevard and Legacy Drive. Four hotels are within walking distance of the office building, including the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/plano-texas-marriott-legacy-commands-104m\/\">Marriott Plano Legacy Town Center<\/a>, which recently traded for $104 million. Several apartment communities are located within a three-mile radius, with a population of approximately 85,826 and a median household income of more than $92,000, according to Yardi Matrix. Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport is just over 22 miles away, while Dallas Love Field Airport is 19 miles away.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Pape-Dawson\u2019s new office solution addresses two of the firm\u2019s primary objectives: securing a convenient location for their clients and growing staff positioning within an area of projected growth for their company. North Texas is one of the most active markets in the U.S. and their firm is situated to capitalize on continued growth in Dallas and the region,<\/em>\u201d said Steve Thelen, managing director of JLL, in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>Thelen represented Pape-Dawson Engineers in the lease negotiations.
