Bob Comunale of Industrial Realty Group represented the seller in the transaction.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The 130,000-square-foot property, located at 3355 NW 114th St., features 24-foot clear heights, a secure truck court, 125 parking spots, 13 dock high doors and ESFR sprinklers. Although currently only available for one tenant, the building\u00a0can be divided\u00a0to accommodate two tenants if necessary.
