The facility will be owned and managed by EastGroup Properties, while the Koss | Louer team of Lee &amp; Associates Arizona will oversee leasing.<\/p>\n<p>Falcon Field Business Center will be built in an infill location at\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">3110 N. Greenfield Road.<\/span> The site covers nearly eight acres and is situated just minutes away from Loop 202, which provides easy access to major thoroughfares. Interstate 10 and Loop 101 can be reached in approximately 15 minutes. Falcon Field Airport is within two miles from the property.<\/p>\n<p>The facility is slated for completion in May 2018. Features include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Four grade-level loading spaces<\/li>\n<li>32 truckwell loading spaces<\/li>\n<li>252 parking spaces<\/li>\n<li>40- by 52-foot column spacing<\/li>\n<li>30-foot clear ceiling height<\/li>\n<li>LED lighting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Prime industrial market<\/h2>\n<p>East Valley has a diverse range of industries operating within the area, including aerospace, defense, light assembly, distribution and e-commerce services. According to Lee &amp; Associates Arizona, approximately 153,184 people live within a five-mile radius, with a median household income of $53,788.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>The site is desirable because it\u2019s in an infill around major transportation features such as airports and freeways, and also around major employers. Falcon Field Business Center has been designed with sustainable features to provide operating efficiencies and the foundation for a comfortable, green working environment for its future occupants.
