The Platform, rendering, San Jose<\/p><\/div>\n

Western National Group, in partnership with Anchor Real Estate Capital and Fantasia Holding Group, is set to construct The Platform, a 551-unit community in San Jose.<\/p>\n

The asset will be located within the 120-acre Market Park San Jose master-planned community and will feature 37,500 square feet of retail space. The Platform is slated for completion by the third quarter of 2019.<\/p>\n

Strategic location<\/h2>\n

Located at 1590 Berryessa Road, the community will be within walking distance of the new Berryessa BART extension station. The station, which\u00a0is slated to open in June 2018, will provide quick access to the Bay Area, the East Bay and San Francisco.<\/p>\n

As tech\u00a0remains hot\u00a0in Silicon Valley<\/a>, the area offers jobs by employers including Adobe, Apple, Cisco, Tesla, Netflix and San Jose State University. Additionally, the site is close to major freeways, including highways 101 and 87, and interstates 680 and 880.<\/p>\n
