The sale price was undisclosed, but industry professionals estimated the price\u00a0at about\u00a0$40 million, according to <em>The Real Reporter of Boston<\/em>. In September, a similar\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/santander-bank-building-in-cambridge-trades-for-30m\/\">Cambridge office asset<\/a>\u00a0was sold for $30.1 million.<\/p>\n<p>The fully-leased building is home to Harvard University, Equity Resources Investments and Qdoba Mexican Grill among others.\u00a0Located at 1280 Massachusetts Ave. in Harvard Square, the five-story building features 33,828 square feet of office space above 8,540 square feet of retail space. Tenants can use the 32 parking spaces beneath the property.
