NAI James E. Hanson has brokered the sale of this facility (Suite 1A) located at 160 Overlook Ave. in Hackensack, N.J. Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack represented the seller, R.A.F. Realty of Hackensack LLC, in the transaction.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u201cReal estate is often one of the major headaches that medical users must deal with over the course of a year,\u201d<\/em> said Horning in prepared remarks.<em> \u201cMany doctors are forced to take time out of their busy days to deal with managing their practices\u2019 real estate needs. Working with a knowledgeable and highly experienced real estate team allows doctors to remove much of the stress that stems from their practices\u2019 real estate needs and instead focus on continuing to deliver the gold-standard in patient care.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Hackensack University Medical Center is only two blocks away. The building also features easy access to Routes 4, 17 and 46 as well as Interstate 80.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year,\u00a0NAI James E.
