The firm broke ground on a 30,000-square-foot medical office building in Glenview, Ill., one of Chicago\u2019s most affluent suburbs. The Sanders Trust has contracted Clarius Partners Development Services, a Chicago-based project manager, to construct the health care facility.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xm-1851985098051260901gmail-msonormal\">The asset will be fully leased by the Fertility Centers of Illinois. Through\u00a0its long-term lease of the facility, the center will offer a comprehensive range of fertility treatments with an emphasis on in vitro fertilization and its related technologies.
