The 52-acre, open-air mixed-use development\u00a0boasts 1.3 million square feet of retail, office and residential space. The change in management and leasing comes\u00a0after the sale of Bayshore to AIG Global Real Estate Services.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 5800 N. Bayshore Drive alongside the North-South Freeway, the complex features major retail tenants including Boston Store, Kohl\u2019s, Apple, H&amp;M, Old Navy and Trader Joe\u2019s, along with a cinema and restaurants. Bayshore Town Center was previously known as the Bayshore Mall until a joint venture of Corrigan Holdings, Olshan Properties and Steiner &amp; Associates redeveloped the shopping center in 2004 to include 113 housing units and office space.<\/p>\n<h2>Future expansion<\/h2>\n<p>Plans are in the works to add a number of new buildings at the former Sears department store which was demolished in October, according to Yardi Matrix.
