The company represented the sellers, Naperville Inn Inc. and St. Charles Inn Inc. The buyers were Naperville Hotel Owners and St. Charles Hotel Partners II.<\/p>\n<p>One of the hotels is located at 1820 Arbiter Court in Naperville, Ill., just off Interstate 88. It offers 105\u00a0guest rooms, a fitness center, an indoor pool, a meeting room and free on-site parking, among other amenities. The 92-key hotel is situated across the Geneva Commons Shopping Center. It offers a fitness center, whirlpool, indoor pool, health and beauty services, on-site laundry and free Wi-Fi.<\/p>\n<p>Executive Vice President Nate Sahn and Senior Vice President John Karver arranged the deal, the ninth for CBRE Hotels in the Chicago area\u00a0this year.
