His responsibilities will include managing the company\u2019s operating investments, implementing asset-level strategies and maintaining value within a portfolio. Christopher will report to United Properties President &amp; COO, Eva Stevens.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>We are very excited that Chris will be joining United Properties. [He] is a rising talent in our industry and we look forward to his contributions to our investment and asset management team,<\/em>\u201d said Stevens in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<h2>In the footsteps of a legacy<\/h2>\n<p>Before joining United Properties, Christopher was vice president of production at NorthMarq Capital for five years. Based in the company\u2019s office in Seattle, he was responsible for overseeing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/northmarq-capital-buys-slc-mortgage-banking-firm\/\">financing operations<\/a> for commercial real estate developers and owners. He received a Bachelor of Science in politics and government from the University of Puget Sound.<\/p>\n<p>Christopher Pohlad is a third-generation member of the Pohlad family legacy, established by his grandfather, Carl Pohlad.
