(MDT), in partnership with Agracel Inc., is set to build a 110,000-square-foot speculative building in the Northeastern Commerce Center Industrial Park in Dillon, S.C, with the goal of attracting new industries to the area. The development will complement the new Dillon Inland Port, which is scheduled to open in April 2018. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/harbor-freight-adds-1-msf-to-sc-hub\/\">industrial park <\/a>will also host Harbor Freight Tools\u2019 new expansion, totaling some 1 million square feet.<\/p>\n<p>The Class A building will occupy 17 acres within the 331-acre site adjacent to Interstate 95 and Highway 34.\u00a0Inland Port is also located four miles from the facility.
