The tenant\u00a0occupies\u00a08,100 square feet, serving children aged four months to 12 years old.<\/p>\n<p>The swim school will also provide weekly family swims and party packages. The new area features an air-conditioned viewing gallery for parents, family dressing area with private changing rooms, a snack bar and a retail shop.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>The Goldfish Swim School model emphasizes both safety and enjoyment in the water, which leads to quicker progress,<\/em>\u201d Goldfish Co-Owner Larisa Posner said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>The retail center is situated at 277 Eisenhower Pkwy., encompassing\u00a093,000 square feet of space occupied by a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cyclebar-opens-new-nj-location\/\">diverse roster of tenants<\/a>, the most recent being CycleBar (3,200 square feet), Mezza Mediterranean restaurant (3,200 square feet) and Club Pilates (1,730 square feet). Other notable tenants include Choice Pet Supply, Olive Garden, Wine Legend and M&amp;T Bank.<\/p>\n<p>Eastman Cos. owns and manages The Shoppes at the Livingston Circle, which has availabilities ranging between 800 to 15,000 square feet.
