Additionally, Strategic Capital Investment Advisors Inc., renewed and expanded its lease to approximately 5,000 square feet. The transactions total 19,787 square feet and they bring the two-building office asset, owned by Travelers Insurance, to an occupancy of 99 percent.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Explorer Market Research Corp. will occupy 7,600 square feet at 720 Butterfield Road and Performance Services leased\u00a07,361 square feet at 700 E. Butterfield Road. One 3,387-square-foot space remains available.<\/p>\n<p>Butterfield Center\u00a0features on-site food service and catering, multiple fiber providers as well as\u00a0a fitness center, a conference room and covered parking. The property provides convenient access to several retail and dining venues. Yorktown Center is within walking distance, while the Midwestern University is only a few miles away.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Explorer Market was represented by Jason Schulz, CEO of J. Rich Co. David Ven Horst, partner\u00a0&amp; co-founder of Tenant Advisors, worked for design and construction company Performance Services. NAI Hiffman&#8217;s Executive Vice President Mike Van Zandt and Vice President Brian Edgerton closed the deals on behalf of the property owner.
