Resource search company RSC Solutions signed an 11,000-square-foot lease, relocating from Wyomissing, Pa. NAI Keystone\u2019s John Buccino brokered the lease on behalf of the tenant.<\/p>\n<h2>Recent renovation<\/h2>\n<p>The\u00a0asset features on-site property management, nine-foot ceiling heights and ample parking space. Recently, the building has undergone a series of upgrades, including extensive refurbishments of the common areas, the addition of new seating spots and renovated lobbies. The owner built a new caf\u00e9 and a fitness room, aiming to\u00a0attract tenants for the available 22,985 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>Situated at the interchange of Interstate 78 and Route 100, within minutes from the highly transited Pennsylvania Turnpike, the asset is a short distance from downtown Allentown and 60 miles from Philadelphia. Neighborhood amenities include banks, retailers, eateries, entertainment and accommodation options. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Colliers\u2019 Ryan Dietrick, Kelly Berfield and John Susanin represented the landlord in the lease transactions.<\/p>\n<p>This summer, Brookwood Financial Partners LLC sold three\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/pennsylvania-offices-trade-for-23m\/\">office buildings<\/a>\u00a0totaling 150,000 square feet.
