Capstone Logistics signed\u00a0for 30,000 square feet, while ConstructConnect renewed its 38,000-square-foot lease at the property.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 30 Technology Parkway S., 30 Tech Park underwent a series of renovations including exterior refurbishments, the addition of creative office space and community outdoor spaces. Completed in 1997, the property is part of a four-building portfolio. The other three buildings, situated at 190 and 192 Technology Parkway and 35 Technology Parkway S., also\u00a0benefited from similar improvements.<\/p>\n<h2>Committed ownership<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/crew-network-impact-awards-top-scores\/\">CBRE First Vice Presidents<\/a> Peter McGuone and Heather Lamb, along with Associate Parker Nelson, worked on behalf of landlord TPA Group in the lease negotiations. Steve Farrar, senior vice president at Newburger-Andes, represented Capstone, and Eric Ramer, managing director of ICON Commercial, represented ConstructConnect.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cConstructConnect made the strategic decision to remain in the 30 Tech Park building because of the impressive commitments made by the building owner,\u201d<\/em> said Jennifer Johnson, chief experience officer at ConstructConnect, in prepared remarks. <em>\u201cHigh ceilings, open collaborative space and access to the new courtyard at 30 Tech were very appealing to us,\u201d<\/em> added Steve Taylor, CEO of Capstone Logistics.<\/p>\n<p>The property is within minutes of the Doraville MARTA rail station, numerous restaurants, hotels, shopping venues and medical centers.
