Lynn Financial Center, 1905 NW Corporate Blvd.<\/p><\/div>\n

Avison Young arranged a new lease at a Class A office building within Lynn Financial Center, a 209,911-square-foot campus in Boca Raton, Fla. Law firm Broad and Cassel is relocating from Boca Corporate Center and will occupy 16,000 square feet at their new location.<\/p>\n

Lynn Financial Center encompasses three buildings developed in two phases, between 2007 and 2009. The campus is LEED Gold-certified and features column-free office space, building and monument signage opportunities, a 91-space auditorium and on-site shuttle service to the Boca Raton Tri-Rail Station. The tenant has agreed to lease space at 1905 NW Corporate Blvd., the first phase of Lynn Financial Center totaling 85,000 square feet.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor more than three decades, Broad and Cassel has had a presence in Boca Raton. Our relocation within the mid-town Boca area positions us well for future growth opportunities,\u201d<\/em> Broad and Cassel Partner Jim Wheeler said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n

Central position<\/h2>\n

Avison Young Principals Greg Martin<\/a> and Keith O\u2019Donnell worked on behalf of the landlord in the lease negotiations. According to Yardi Matrix, LFC Development acquired the first phase of Lynn Financial Center in March 2015 for $17.7 million.<\/p>\n

\u201cBoca Raton continues to be a robust suburban market with positive net absorption driven by above-average leasing activity,\u201d<\/em> said Martin. \u201cThe quality tenants in the market, in addition to Broad and Cassel, are seeking quality projects that provide additional amenities and services to bolster their operations.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The\u00a0office center is positioned in the city\u2019s business corridor, just minutes from Boca Raton’s Executive Airport, numerous restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. The central location provides easy access to Interstate 95 and Florida’s Turnpike.<\/p>\n
