Reserve Decatur is a 298-unit property built in 2016, situated between downtown Decatur and the Emory\/Clifton Corridor.<\/p>\n<p>The community comprises 177 one-bedroom, 99 two-bedroom and 22 three-bedroom units, with size ranging from 620 to 1,460 square feet. In-unit amenities include nine-foot ceilings, Bluetooth sound systems, vinyl plank flooring, as well as a few eco-friendly improvements to the plumbing and windows. The property is undergoing LEED certification. Common amenities include a conference room, cyber caf\u00e9, a pool with outdoor kitchen and game and rooftop lounge.<\/p>\n<h2>Location benefits<\/h2>\n<p>Situated at 2600 Milscott Drive, Reserve Decatur offers its residents immediate access to Patel Plaza, a shopping mall minutes away from the property, with plentiful retail and dining options. Along N. Decatur Road, there are multiple shops and restaurants. The DeKalb Medical hospital is ten minutes away, as is Emory University.
