According to public records, the firm\u00a0acquired the asset for $12.4 million and will use it as an additional administrative building. Kronos disposed of the facility\u00a0as part of its\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/kronos-relocates-headquarters-prepares-40m-investment-alongside-building-owner\/\">relocation to Cross Point<\/a> in Lowell, Mass.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 297 Billerica Road, the 129,000-square-foot, three-story building\u00a0features a state-of-the-art data center, outdoor grilling and seating, training rooms, in-house caf\u00e9 and locker rooms with showers. According to Yardi Matrix, it was built in 1999 and includes 484 parking spaces.<\/p>\n<p>The property is situated along the Route 129 business corridor, where several life sciences, defense and homeland security, communications and software industry companies are located.<\/p>\n<p>CBRE\/New England\u2019s Mark Reardon,\u00a0Peter Dominski,\u00a0Alex Plaisted\u00a0and\u00a0Ben Roopenian\u00a0acted on behalf of Kronos through Anchor Line Partners.
