According to Yardi Matrix data, the property is currently roughly 85 percent occupied.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 6500 West Freeway, the 177,199-square-foot office building was completed in 1986 and features 750 square feet of retail space and 616 parking spaces. The property offers easy access to Interstate 30, multiple public transportation, dining and shopping options.
