Elston Logan Plaza, a 49,473-square-foot retail property in Chicago\u2019s North Side, has hit the market. The center, which is fully leased to XSport Fitness, Panera Bread and Mattress Firm, is listed by CBRE Vice President Keely Polczynski.<\/p>\n

Located at 2700 N. Elston Ave., off of Interstate 94, Elston Logan Plaza serves the residents of Lincoln Park, Bucktown and Logan Square neighborhoods. Across the street is one of the highest-grossing Target stores in the nation.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is an amazing location with strong surrounding retailers and a very large consumer and residential population. This area has even more potential for growth, as many of the city\u2019s top developers are planning major mixed-use projects along the emerging North Branch corridor<\/a>. Combined with the tenant lineup the development has in place, this is a very strong investment opportunity,<\/em>\u201d said Polczynski in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n

The property was completed in 1969 and underwent significant renovations in 2007. The last time it changed hands was nine years ago, according to PropertyShark.<\/p>\n
