The tenant will occupy several floors within Boston Landing, a 14-acre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/tcg-lines-up-financing-for-celtics-practice-facility\/\">mixed-use campus in Boston<\/a>, developed in a partnership with HYM Investment Group.\u00a0Bose is expected to start moving to Boston Landing in\u00a0summer 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Bose will\u00a0relocate to 80 Guest St., a 486,000-square-foot, 10-story mixed-use building comprising 230,000 square feet of office space, the 55,000-square-foot\u00a0Warrior Ice Arena\u2014which is the official practice facility of the Boston Bruins\u201412,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and three levels of garage parking.<\/p>\n<p>Boston Landing is also the home of the Celtics and New Balance. A newly constructed rail station makes the area easily accessible,\u00a0as do multiple bus stations, shuttles and a Hubway bike-sharing station.
