The company worked on behalf of H&amp;H Warehouse Corp., the property&#8217;s seller. EZ-Flo International Inc., a distributor of Eastman premium plumbing products, acquired the asset.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 206 US Highway 58 South, the two-building property is approximately one quarter of a mile south of Highway 70. The Kinston Commercial Airport is roughly 20 minutes west of the site. EZ-Flo International Inc., which sells products to retail and other licensed resellers, plans to use the facility for distribution and warehousing.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are very excited to have this new facility added to our warehousing footprint. The additional capacity will greatly benefit to our continued growth as a company and the servicing of our customers. The facility will provide materials to some of our largest customers as well as providing crossdocking capacity for other warehouses in the region,\u201d<\/em> said EZ-Flo International Inc.
